Weekly Baby Zenergy™ Massage Class via Zoom
Every Wednesday at 10:45 AM, we offer a baby massage class, instructed by Marie-Josée. This class covers a variety of topics, with a focus on teaching baby massage techniques to new parents and caregivers. Each class is unique as Marie-Josée demonstrates various massage techniques tailored to different situations and conditions to promote baby wellness. Additionally, we occasionally have guest speakers from various specialist areas, including RNs, pediatricians, doulas, and lactation experts, to provide valuable insights and advice. This not only provides a comprehensive learning experience but also a supportive community for new parents and caregivers.

Our mission is to educate new parents about the transformational benefits of massage. We emphasize the importance of massage during pregnancy, after pregnancy, and its significant role in supporting a baby's development and immune system.
